Shop2Bag upholds a 'closed box delivery' policy, essential for preserving product authenticity, customer privacy, and preventing adulteration or modification. In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return it to us for a replacement, subject to certain conditions.

Reporting Defects: If a defect (damage, defect, wrong item) is found after opening the box, inform the Customer Relationship Management Department via inbox or hotline (+8801330961245 ) immediately, along with photo or video evidence.

Resolution Process: The Customer Relationship Management Department will consult with management to decide on product replacement or payment adjustment. Complaints are valid for 3 days from receipt for general items, and 15 days for electronics for defective/non-functioning items.

Restrictions on Used or Liquid Products: Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Change of Mind: Products will not be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes their mind or dislikes the product's smell, texture, color, design, etc.

Seal and Suitability: The Return Policy is void if the seal is broken or the product doesn't suit you.

Wrong Product Order: In case of mistakenly ordering the wrong product, an exchange may be possible upon covering the costs of return and resending, subject to product type, risk involved, and management discretion.

How to send your product back to us?
For Customers in Dhaka: The policy offers a convenient pick-up service directly from the customer's address, free of delivery charges, although this is subject to certain conditions.
For Customers Outside Dhaka: These customers are instructed to send their products back via Sundarban Courier Service.

Reimbursement: If the return claim is validated, the policy states that the company will reimburse the courier charge, which is a customer-friendly approach.

Invalid Claims: If the return claim is found to be invalid, the customer is required to accept the original product and bear the costs associated with both the return and the resending of the product. This clause likely serves as a deterrent against frivolous or unjustified returns.
